Academic Support

Primarily, I support students in high school-level Math and Science, but honestly, I've done it all. It works well to switch between whatever subjects are causing them stress that week. I love learning alongside my students, so I often end up diving into whatever they are learning!

Students enjoy working with me because:

• I can present content in as many ways as it takes for them to understand. With one-on-one tutoring, everything is personalized.
• I understand their struggles. I'm not a "natural" at math and science. What trips them up has tripped me up, too. (And sometimes still does!)
• I'm warm and enthusiastic. A love of learning is often caught, not taught!

Parents appreciate that I'm highly organized and provide regular updates. I aim to build camaraderie with my students while maintaining a professional relationship. I'm very versatile, and just may be your one-stop-shop for a tutor!
