Test Prep

Yes, standardized tests are an unfortunate part of education, but they can also be fun. At least, I think so! Test prep involves reviewing/learning content and developing robust problem-solving skills. A good strategy and confidence can make such a difference. 

I help my students see improvements by:

• Quizzing them early and often on content they need to know.
• Developing a personalized test-taking strategy.
• Ensuring they test the way they practice through regular "mock" exams.

Students enjoy working with me because I'm warm and enthusiastic. I meet them where they are and build from there. Parents appreciate that I'm highly organized and provide regular updates.

What tests do I tutor?

I've spent the most time with the ACT, SAT, ISEE, and SSAT. Each test is unique, but many skills overlap. If you have some other test in mind, feel free to inquire.
